Enrollment Terms for Chiro Credit
Technology Fee
Chrio Credit / Credit Technologies will not charge you a monthly or per closing fee to use our technology. However, if you do not remit our patient fees as described below in a timely manner and/or you are behind on other fees you may owe, we will suspend and/or terminate your usage of the technology.
Patient Fees
When a patient uses our technology to secure a payment plan and we are successful securing a program for which they accept and the loan is funded, we charge them a user fee based on the chart below. However, this fee should be added to their base loan amount requested and financed. As such, our fee will be paid to your practice when you get paid. Three days after you are paid the fee, we will invoice your practice to collect the fee back.
Here is the fee schedule:
Loan amounts up to $2499.99. The fee is $175
Loan amounts from $2500 to $9999.99. The fee is $375
Loan amounts of $10000 to $24999.99. The fee is $575
Loan amounts of $25000 and up. The fee is $775
NOTE: Your Practice is always responsible to pay this fee even if you forget to add it on or collect it when you get paid.
Credit Report Fee
Every time you submit an application; a full credit report is processed with Trans Union. To offset our costs for those reports, we do the following. We provide you with 10 applications per month at no costs. But starting with application number 11 every month, we will invoice your practice for every report based on $15 per report. This invoice will be sent at the start of each month following the month the reports were generated.
One Time Set Up Fee
We simply cannot afford to build and host a new practice's financing web site in addition to getting them enrolled with all of our lenders only to have the practice never use the service. As such, we charge a one-time set up fee of $475. However, the fee is credited back to your practice after you have closed 10 transactions using our technology.
